Complaints

We take great care to ensure the highest quality of our products. However, if the received goods are defective or not in accordance with the order, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding statutory warranty for defects.

To file a complaint, please send the following to us:

  • a description of the defect or issue,

  • photos illustrating the problem,

  • your order number,

  • your contact details,

Complaints are processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. If the complaint is found to be justified, the product will be repaired, replaced, or another form of compensation will be provided, as agreed with the Customer.

Returns

According to applicable law, the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications (e.g. cut to size, personalized, etc.).

Therefore, we do not accept returns of purchased products unless they are defective or not in accordance with the order.
